Nearly 20 years of work from some of the more obscure sound library labels on the European scene – served up here in a blend of modes that moves between heavy funk, jazzier grooves, and some more atmospheric keyboard-heavy tracks – all of which we're not sure we've ever heard before! There's a few names here you might recognize from soundtrack, jazz, or studio work – mixed with others that are a new discovery to our ears – and the range of sounds is wonderful, with a very fresh take on the world of sound library music – all of it groovy, none of it dark, yet still pretty different. Titles include "Eastern Sunset" and "Move & Counter Move" by Bob Downes, "Make No Bones" and "Jack Knife" by
Midas Touch, "Crossflow One" and "Primitive Signal" by Tim Cross, "Awakening" by Bill Geldard, "The Real McCoy" by Peter Thomas, "Rock Minus Zero" by Pete Smith, "Water Reactor" by Harold Fischer, "Tape Work" by Derek Austin, and "Evening Prayer" by Narash Sohal.
