How to order
Dusty Groove® has 4 ways to order!
- Secure Shopping Cart -
using our secure shopping cart system is the fastest and easiest
way to order. Simply click the "add" button next to an item, and it will be added to
your cart. When you want to check out, just click the "view cart" button, and you'll be
prompted to enter the right information. This method gets your order processed the fastest,
as it gives us all the information we need, in the least confusing manner.
- Alternate Order Form -
this is our "old fashioned" form, which means that you have to fill out
most information by hand. This is the one to use if your computer doesn't
like our shopping cart system!
- Phone Orders -
you can call us toll free at 1-888-Dusty-GR (1-888-387-8947)
if you live in the US.
If you don't live in the US, the order line is 773-342-2179.
The order line is open Monday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm, Chicago time.
- Email -
of course, if you can't or don't want to use any of the other methods,
just drop us an email at dg@dustygroove.com .
Please be sure to include all
the information we'll need to process your order -
especially your full (and real) name, plus your full address information!
Payment
We'll outline these options in the shopping cart as you place your order,
and you'll also get information on this subject again in your return confirmation
after we process the order. To sum up, though, here's how you can pay:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover -
You can include this information right with your order -
so we can process the order immediately. Please note that we'll also need your
billing address if you are having the goods shipped to a different address.
- Money Order - US Customers
(If you're paying this way, wait for a confirmation of the total order from us before sending money!)
- International Money Order -
Please note: these must be in US Dollars, and they must list a US bank as the final
payer of the funds. If you don't know what this means, send an email to us
at dg@dustygroove.com and we'll explain it in more detail.
Security
The shopping cart has a secure system (SSL) that will keep
all of your information secure when shopping at Dusty Groove.

Terms of ordering
All orders are processed as quickly as possible - which usually means that
your order will be turned around sometime during the first 24 hours after we
receive it. We have all the items listed in stock at our Chicago warehouse -
so you won't have to wait any extra days for the order to be finalized while
the goods are on order from a supplier. However, this also means that we don't
have a backorder system - and if we don't have an item listed on the pages,
or if we've just sold out of it, we can't put it in your order.
The speed of our processing your order usually depends on how well you place
the order - so be sure to give us all the correct information the first time,
so that we can get things done right and fast!
