13 Fingers of Sir Julian

LP, Vinyl record album

A crazy hammond organ workout on a variety of standards and a few originals. This is smoking stuff that has a jazzy swinging feel, but is marked with the virtuosity implied by "13 fingers". Sort of like stuff by the John Buzon Trio. Also includes "Bach Goes Berserk", "Sir Julian's Mambo", "The Peanut Vendor", "Canadian Sunset", "The 3rd Man Theme (Cha Cha Cha)", "On The Street Where You Live", and "Song Form Moulin Rouge (Where Is Your Heart)". (Black label living stereo pressing with deep groove.)  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.

Cop Show Themes
RCA, 1976. Very Good+
One of the funkiest albums ever from Henry Mancini – a brilliant reworking of hit 70s cop show themes, put together with a really jazzy groove!
