A completely beautiful, heavy duty box of vintage John Fahey – his late 50s to mid 60s Fonotone recordings in 5CD set – 115 rare recordings from the formative years of the folk guitar genius, plus an 88 page hardbound book! Most of the music on this incredible Dust To Digital/Revenant set is appearing on CD for the first time ever – remastered from Joe Bussard's reel-to-reel tapes to the best sound quality obtainable. Essayists and other contributors to the book include Eddie Dean, Claudio Guerrierri, Glenn Jones, Malcolm Kirton and Mike Stewart, a poem by Byron Coley. It also includes Douglas Blazek's 1967 interview with Fahey, published for the first time.
