One of the craziest cross-country films ever made – with a host of stars so big we'd have to rent another website just to list them! Ernest Gold does a pretty nice job with the soundtrack – maybe not as all-out goofy as the story, but in a nice way that really helps to anchor the action! Orchestrations are mostly familiar Hollywood modes, but pretty darn playful, too – and titles include "Follow The Leader", "Away We Go", "The Living End", "You Satisfy My Soul", "Instant Chase", "The Big W", "The Great Pursuit", and "It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World". One of the best-ever euro soundtracks on United Artists! Lots of great Italian sixties scoring by Armando Trovajoli, with lots of jazzy crime music (this is a heist movie, apparently), and really cool Swingle Singers-sounding vocals by a group called I.Cantori Moderni. The sound is great, very ... LP, Vinyl record album

Leroy Holmes and orchestra lay down some very groovy instrumental readings of tracks from "new provocative" films from the late 60s – including ones that were Euro trash and American sexploitation flicks, both masquerading under art house guises. A pretty nice Andre Previn soundtrack for this late Billy Wilder film that starred Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau – plus the young Judi West, who sings a version of "You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To" on the album. Great stuff! This is the "alternate" version of Michel Legrand's great score to Les Demoiselles De Rochefort – and it's totally great all the way through! A great set of tracks from Indian films of the 60s – featuring more than a few uptempo numbers with a lively dancing groove. Groovy stuff from Chad & Jeremy – a rare soundtrack, but one of their best albums from the 60s!
