Released after Minnie's untimely death – and way more than just a greatest hits compilation! Apart from the expected great hits and songs – like "Here We Go", "Inside My Love", "Memory Lane", "Lovin' You", and "Adventures In Paradise" – the album also features live versions of "Young Willing & Able", "Can You Feel What I'm Saying", and "Lover & Friend", which are great to hear, especially because they show Minnie to be equally strong in a live setting as she was in the studio. Plus, the record also has 2 "Moments With Minnie", which feature Minnie at the piano, delivering some patter and philosophy.  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.

Further genius from James Brown at the start of the 70s – a record that's starting to show some of the more open-ended grooves he'd explore with the JBs on their own albums – longer, stretched-out tracks that are way more than simple funk and soul! There's a sense of freewheeling ... LP, Vinyl record album
