Not a bad little cooker – and Galt's funkier here than he is on many of his other recordings! Galt's got a really offbeat piano style on the record – and the rhythm section (Bernard Purdie and Bad Bascomb) are nice and tight, and carry most of the groove for the set, leaving Galt's off-key piano to come up with the edgy work on the solos! Includes some great jazz versions of classics like "Space", "Burnished Bridges", "Coffee Cold", "Where Do I Go", and "Ripped Open By Metal Explosions".
