Inland (plus bonus tracks)
CD (Item 614386) Ata Tak/Bureau B (Germany), 1979 — Condition: New Copy
Dark early electronics from the German group Pyrolator – very harsh stuff, in the mode of some of the late 70s work coming out of the Sheffield scene in the UK. The difference here is that Pyrolator still maintain an ear for a melody – and out of the darkness often come these nice little tunes, bleeping and blonking in kind of a punk rock take on the Kraftwerk aesthetic – no themes, short tracks, everything stripped down to its bare essence! Titles include "Danger Cruising", "Minimal Tape", "Inland 3", "Have A Good Ride", "Nordatlantik", "It Always Rains In Wuppertal", and "Barenstrasse". CD also features 6 bonus tracks: "Der Volksmund Wird Beatmet", "Struktur 01", "OK Margo" and more. © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
