One of the funkiest tracks you'll ever hear from the legendary Michel Legrand – a blinding bit of bassline, riffing guitar, and this killer organ line that flies all over the top of the track – soaring out and creating a massive groove right from the get-go! "Onyx Bar" is pretty darn funky too – more great organ lines, and this sexy female voice that groans nicely over the top – very much in "Jungle Fever" territory! Soul Track/Soul Fire, Early 70s. New Copy (reissue)
Stretch! What a funky number – begins with handclaps, a shout, and rolls into a tightly breaking drum dancing with bass. Then horns come in, fuzzed-out guitar sneaks up, and a wailing keyboard line spooks the tune nicely. Part 2 really gets crazy – band chanting, horns blasting some ... 7-inch, Vinyl record
