One of the funkiest tracks you'll ever hear from the legendary Michel Legrand – a blinding bit of bassline, riffing guitar, and this killer organ line that flies all over the top of the track – soaring out and creating a massive groove right from the get-go! "Onyx Bar" is pretty darn funky too – more great organ lines, and this sexy female voice that groans nicely over the top – very much in "Jungle Fever" territory! (Numbered limited edtion – in a great pic sleeve!)  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.

Tramp (Germany), 2009. New Copy
Loads of fast-riffing guitar on this one – starting the tune up like a buzzsaw, and recorded with a great sort of echo – which really gives the whole track a classic funky 45 feel! Bad-stepping funk from Reverend Cleatus & The Soul Saviours – one of the hippest combos cooking on Tramp Records these days! "Mo Deep" is a cut that really puts its bass foot forward – a bumping bassline that set's the tune for the tune instantly, and leaves the guitar, ... 7-inch, Vinyl record

Tramp (Germany), 2013. New Copy
A very physical groove from the Mighty Mocambos – one that has the band starting out with a tight funky strut right from the start – and bouncing nicely with a bit of bongos underneath the bass and drums! Norton, 2013. New Copy (reissue)
A great cut from the La La Brooks album on Norton – backed with a sweet cover of Smokey Robinson's "The One Who Really Loves You" – presented here as a 7" exclusive! This new cut is a real treasure – a bit more laidback than most of the album material, and with ... 7-inch, Vinyl record
HoZac, 1980. New Copy (pic cover, reissue)
Underground rock from Columbus, OH, circa 1980! So much incredible music was outside of the mainstream radar around Ohio around this time – it never ceases to amaze us.
