If "Hit & Run" was always like this, it wouldn't be a crime! The track's a bouncing joyous number, and one of Loleatta's first bit club tunes – really grooving with a gently funky approach that has lots of great Salsoul Orchestra touches underneath! Great arrangements and production by Norman Harris, too!  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.

Paisley Park, 1987. Very Good (pic cover)
Groovy 12" single that features a number of different mixes of the track "10", by Prince's jazzy combo Madhouse. The single was the first from their second album, and it also features the track "2" from the group's first album. Nice pic sleeve, too! 12-inch, Vinyl record

2 of Jean Carn's best tracks for Philly! Both cuts show Jean at her soulful best – with the kind of perfectly sensitive backing that Philly International gave her, which mixed jazz and soul, augmented with a nice clubby groove to keep things pumping. The single's a must-have for fans of ... 12-inch, Vinyl record
