De Pai Para Filha – Marya Bravo Canta Ze Rodrix

Add Item to Want List
CD (Item 579871) Joia Moderna (Brazil), 2011 — Condition: New Copy

The 70s songs of Ze Rodrix get a great reworking here – handled by bold Brazilian singer Marya Bravo, who really knows how to open them up nicely! Production and instrumentation are right on the money – so much so, you'd swear that the set was a recording from years back – and credit should definitely be given to the backing group, who bring in this tight sort of energy that keeps things more than lively enough to keep up with Bravo's great vocals! Titles include "Casca Decaracol", "Casa No Campo", "Roupa Prate Ada", "Mestre Jonas", "Hey Man", and "Eu Vou Comprar Esse Disco".  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
