CD (Item 616163) Aum Fidelity, 2012 — Condition: New Copy

Tenor adventurer David S Ware's cosmos-searching Planetary Unknown group – with pianist Cooper-Moore, bassist William Parker and drummer Muhammad Ali – recorded live before an enthusiastic audience at the 2011 Saalfelden Jazz Festival in Austria. This marks the concert debut of the group, and it's a great one! The set includes the 3-part "Precessional" – with a bit more than an hour of rivetingly spontaneous jazz. We were impressed by the 2010 studio recording by Planetary Unknown, the this live work from the following year is even more exciting!  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
