Hot Pants
LP (Item 5138) Polydor, Early 70s — Condition: New Copy
A real killer from James Brown – and one of his most open-ended LPs of the early 70s! The record's got tracks that kind of go a lot further than those on many of James' other albums (except maybe Payback, which has loads of long cuts) – and it includes an extended 9 minute reading of "Hot Pants", the hard groovy "Blues & Pants" (also 9 minutes), and the 2 part "Escape-Ism" (which goes on for about 7 minutes.) There's great stuff all the way through, plenty of nice breaks, and the JBs lay down some great solos! © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | ||||||
