CD (Item 619168) Ata Tak/Bureau B (Germany), 1979 — Condition: New Copy

Insanely wonderful electronics from the German post-punk underground! Der Plan were a crazy little group that played analogue electronics with a nutty edge and a great sense of humor. Their music is extremely difficult to describe – but it sort of fits in a trajectory that includes Mort Garson, Brian Eno, and Bruce Haack, but which also includes some other elements of the cold post-punk (and in that case, post-prog) German scene of inventive young bands of the early 80s (most of whom are sadly overlooked these days). Titles include "Adrenalin Lasst Dast Blut Kochen", "Hans Und Gabi", "Gefahrliche Clowns", "Nessie", "San Jose Car Muzak", and "Was Ich Von Mir Denke". 6 bonus tracks on this CD version: "Es Piept", "Furstenwall", "Intermezzo", "Dark Porn", Heinz, Komm Zum Feuer" and "Money Honey".  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
