Later work by Jack, but an album recorded with a fair amount of care, and one that captures his classic vocals and trombone in just the right setting. The group's a sextet – with Don Goldie on trumpet, Don Ewell on piano, and Barrett Deems on drums. Shay Torrent plays organ on the track "Love Lies", and other tunes include "It's All In Your Mind", "Don't Tell A Man About His Woman", "Peaceful Valley", and "Afternoon In August".  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.
