Nina Simone
LP (Item 44845) Up Front, Late 60s — Condition: Used
A nice little live set from Nina – offered up here with no dates or location notes, but sounding a lot like some of her best 60s live sets for the Colpix label. Backing is by a small group, and although the sound quality is a bit echoey, the album has a dark quality that brings out the best in Nina's vocals. Titles include "Zungo", "One More Sunday In Savannah", "For All We Know", "Nobody", and "When I Was In My Prime". (Cover has some wear, a spot of price sticker residue, and a stain on the back.) © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
