Blue Martini

Add Item to Want List
LP (Item 52332) AVA, Mid 60s — Condition: Used

An excellent record that features the sublime tenor sound of Plas Johnson – set to sad, sweeping arrangements by John Neel! There's a lot of strings in here – but Plas' deep rich tenor cuts through the whole thing majestically, with a soulful power that makes the album swoon and dip, delighting the ears at every turn. Titles include "Bury Me Blue", "Who Is Wendy", "Blue Martini", "Midnight Blues", and "What Would I Do". (Cover has light wear. Spine has one spot of old tape. Top & bottom seams have masking tape.)  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
