Berlino, Appuntamento Per Le Spie
CD (Item 589110) Saimel (Spain), 1965 — Condition: New Copy
A cool mid 60s espionage score by Riz Ortolani – his work for Berlino, Appuntamento Per Le Spie, aka Spy In Your Eye – a totally fun score for flick that sounds wild enough to suit! It really hits on all the tried-and-true genre sounds, but it does so with it's own creative style and with some oddball flourishes that work really well. There's some fun, kind of action jazz pieces, sparer, tenser bits, slinky guitar and drum interplay that foreshadows the cop soundtracks of the 70s and more. 24 sequences of the title theme. (Limited edition of 500 copies.) © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
