Hip 70s Afghan Beats
CD (Item 579116) Guerssen (Spain), 1970s — Condition: New Copy
A cool collection of recordings by Afghan singer Ahmad Zahir from the 1970s – who like many other stars around the world at the time, was working in a post-psychedelia world of creatively groovy styles – released for the first time ever outside of Afghanistan thanks the always deeply-searching Guerssen label! It sounds great – tripped out wah wah guitar and a wildly reverbating drum sound, flutes, organ, bass, some sitar and tabla. Includes "Dar Kuni Dilam Eshqi Kasi", "Uoba Darta Rawarem", "Laily Laily", "Az Tangna E Mahbas Tarrikey", "Nishe Gazdom ", "Uoba Darta Rawarem" and more. © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
