La Cugina

CD (Item 571167) GDM (Italy), 1974 — Condition: New Copy

A pretty rare Morricone soundtrack to 1974's La Cugina, aka The Cousin – pretty sensual stuff from the legendary film composer – with laidback strings, lovely worldless vocals, echoey atmosherics and some wavering bits of breezy and lush pop strings and horns! We can't say that we're surprised at the reach of it, given Morricone's pedigree, but we can say he goes above and beyond here – this is really cool batch of soundscapes from the maestro! Includes variations on the title theme, plus "La Sera La Nott, Il Giorgno", "De Copalamo" and more. 15 tracks in all. (Limited edition of just 500!)  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
