Some real cage-rattling funk from the Jive Turkeys – combo who come together in a bracingly bold blend of organ, guitar, bass, and drums! There's a real Meters-like simplicity to the groove on "BA" – rompingly soulful, with a loping line we totally love – pitched a bit differently than classic New Orleans funk, but with a very similar spirit! "Chickenfoot" follows suit in a similar way, but with a slightly faster, modder-styled groove – still with plenty of organ and guitar in the lead!  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.
