For some reason, most of the artists here never made it to our shores at the end of the 70s – yet their approach is often every bit as revolutionary as that of any of the English artists that frequently filled our record shopping and radio listening – with lots of offbeat rhythms, stark instrumentation, and creative lyrical presentation that really keeps things interesting!
