A beautiful bit of funky jazz – and one of the unsung gems in the early 70s Flying Dutchman catalog! Oliver Nelson leads a number of different groups that are filled with funky electric players – like Mike Wofford, Lonnie Liston Smith, and Denis Budimir – and the record's filled with cool moog, arp, and keyboard grooves that are unlike anything you'll find on any other of Nelson's albums. Some cuts are more big band oriented, but the best ones are nice and funky.
