Tornado/Forbidden Feelings
7-inch (Item 556378) Timmion (Finland), 2011 — Condition: New Copy
Pulpy funk instrumentals from Guest Villains – cool stuff on Timmion that sounds like it could have been pulled right of a seedy late 60s soundtrack! "Tornado" is a whirlwind groover with heavy drums, a chugging guitars right out of the surf playbook and bleating sax lines – it sounds the kinda thing you'd hear in a dance sequence of Russ Meyer movie! "Forbidden Feelings" slows it down a bit for a more sultry groove, and if we're gonna pull a movie reference out for this one, we're thinking David Lynch!
