It's No Lie (vocal, dub)
12-inch (Item 595021) Peoples Potential, 1983 — Condition: New Copy
Electro soul with a reggae groove! "It's No Lie" is credited to keyboardist Jon Gorr of New England reggae combo the I-Tones – a group with a rootsier vibe, but this sweet number is more an early 80s modern vibe that Peoples Potential digs so well – with a laidback, breezy Carribbean inspired groove. Includes side-long vocal version and a dub on the flip. The I-Tones picked up some regional heat around the same time, so this electro pop soul side project became a bit more of a footnote until this cool re-discovery from PPU! © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
