A double dose of Jah Lloyd produced dub albums on a single CD – pairing a fine selection of self-produced numbers cut for his own Teem imprint and originally issued in the mid 70s as 45s, plus an excellent lost King Tubby dub of many of the same rhythms! Cut and voiced at the Black Ark and Randy's, this is the cream of his Dee Jay numbers, but the dub session produced by Lloyd is a real ringer, featuring taut rhythms dubbed up with a slightly less dense approach than some of the other Tubby sides from the time. Tiny snatches of piano, organ, guitar or flute float in space over heavy, raw drum & bass workouts, that chug alone in all their naked glory!
