CD (Item 597571) GDM (Italy), 1972 — Condition: New Copy

The soundtrack to an Africa-set 70s erotic anthology film – with a really nice soundtrack that blends earthy percussion and winds with evocative melodicism! The soundtrack was co-composed by Luciano Michelini and African musician Bana Sissokho – the latter most certainly infusing a geniuinely African sound. Those numbers have a more traditional vibe, while Michelini's material have a more soundtrack exotica sweep to them. Titles include "La Reina Bella", "Tema Di Duva", "La Foresta Dell'Amore", "Incantesimo Al Paese Bassari", "Canto Lavandaie", "Manzani", "Festa Al Villaggio" and more. This CD edition includes 13 previously unreleased bonus tracks – alternate versions/variations on "La Foresta Dell'Amore", "Tema Di Duva", "La Reina Bella" and more. (Limited editions of 500 copies.)  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
