Squadra Volante (180 gram pressing)
LP (Item 595757) Digitmovies (Italy), 1974 — Condition: New Copy
A great Italian cop soundtrack from maestro Stelvio Cipriani – an artist who really knows how to move between groovy and funky styles with a great deal of ease! Some of the best tracks on the set have that easygoing, love-laced style that Cipriani did better than anyone else – lovely little melodies with a hint of European sex, often using some sweet keyboards in the instrumentation. Other tracks get nice and funky – just the kind of cop/crime cuts you'd hear on the best American soundtracks of the early 70s – really rounding out the album nicely! Titles include "Squadra Volante", "Dopo La Rapina", "Attimi D'Affetto", "Droga Party", "Il Travestimento", "La Quiete Familiare", and "Conversazione".
