CD (Item 551619) Philles/Legacy, 1960s — Condition: New Copy

Peak Phil Spector productions from the 60s – the iconic Wall Of Sound style at it's most iconic – with classics by The Crystals, The Ronettes, Darlene Love, Bob B Soxx And The Blue Jeans, The Righteous Brothers and Ike & Tina Turner! What can we say? It's honestly some of the very best pop music ever made – girl group soul, heavy backdrops, heart-tugging vocal groups, soaring melodies and sinking hooks – amazing single after amazing single! A fine starting point for Spector, if we do say so ourselves, with 19 tracks in all: "He's A Rebel" and "Da Doo Ron Ron" by The Crystals, "Baby, I Love You" and "Walking In The Rain" by The Ronettes, "Why Do Lovers Break Each Others Hearts" by Bob B Soxx And The Blue Jeans, "You've Lost That Loving Feeling" by The Righteous Brothers, "River Deep, Mountain High" by Ike & Tina Turner and much more.  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
