A great Marcos Valle appearance from recent years – a set that captures him at the time of his excellent comeback on Far Out Records – but in a way that's different than his recordings for that label! The recording is nice and intimate, in that great Ensaio way – very classic, and a deeply personal retrospective of Valle's years of music in Brazil – in a setting that has him speaking often between the songs, usually with these great camera closeups – then performing mostly unplugged versions of his tunes on piano and guitar.
