Like the previous releases on te label, this set showcases Laurel Aitken, reissuing his excellent 1970 effort for the Pama label, and then loading the set down with a mountain of equally great bonus material! The original issue of High Priest Of Reggae caught Aitken transitioning from the Rocksteady scene he dominated so well to the newer reggae vibe of the era, and as the title indicates, taking command of the new sound quite well!
