Maker Vs Now Again V.2 (LP sleeve edition)
CD (Item 631478) Now Again, 2012 — Condition: New Copy
Sound Library-inspired funky hip hop instros crafted by Maker – who's once again given the keys to the Now Again vaults – which is, of course, a far-reaching treasure trove of rare funk, soul and global grooves! Funky drums and well-crafted loops, courtesy Maker – who delivers each time his name is on a record – and given the Now Again catalog to mine for the material, there was no chance whatsoever that he'd somehow come up empty here! It works on dual levels, too. On one, you got a top notch, classic-level hip hop instrumentals set. On the other, it's a great homage to classic sound library records – as filtered through a post-hip hop creative consciousness. Greatness! Titles include "Say I Won't", "Sangria", "New Jack Shake", "Sleepy Eyes", "Baby", "Look Of Love" (parts 1 & 2), "Break Bread", "Sundancer", "Body Bash", "Things Cannot Stop Forever Remix", "Sleep Walk" and more. © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
