Rag Arturo De Fanti Bancario Percario/Riavanti Marsch
CD (Item 603793) Beat (Italy), 1979/1980 — Condition: New Copy
That's a pretty goofy cover on the front – and it's a great fit for Piero Picconi's music for these two late 70s Italian sex comedies! Rag Arturo De Fanti Bancario Precario (The Precarious Bank Teller) features some great warm passages that are dripping with 70s Euro sex – nice woodwinds and keyboards that move together in these sensual lines that are totally great – a bit too gentle to be funky, but definitely with that sort of appeal! A few numbers break the mood a bit – but usually only to add in some clubby touches – and one number features a theme that's a bit more playful. Riavanti Marsch is another nice one from Piccioni – done with a warm sound overall, kind of a slinky production style that matches the sexy images on the screen. Music moves from gentle/sexy to more driving at points – kind of a shift between jazzy, almost soulful fusion in the instrumentation, to other numbers that have a more focused comedic perspective. CD features 20 tracks in all – over 70 minutes of music! © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
