Excellent mod work from this new UK combo! The album's got a hip late 60s Go-Go feel – with screaming Hammond organ solos, bouncing bongo, and lots of fuzzed out guitars. There's more than a bit of funk in the mix, too – and you might well think of these guys as a swinging London equivalent to American funk acts on Desco and Soul Fire. A great debut – and what we hope will be the first of many excellent funk albums from the group!
