Stuntman (plus bonus tracks)
CD (Item 631570) Beat (Italy), 1968 — Condition: New Copy
A much more playful album than you'd guess from the action image on the cover – scored by Carlo Rustichelli with some of the best modes he used in 60s Italian comedies! The instrumentation is really great – a sly blend of jazzy and mod bits, often changing up within a single track – and stepping out with an upbeat, lively feel on most of the numbers – definitely the catchier, jazzier side of Italian 60s film scores! The whole thing's really great – a lot groovier than some of Rustichelli's more staid work from a few years before – and titles include "Two Cars Only", "Swing E Sesso", "Controfigura", "We're Two At Least", "Per Tutte Le Strade", and "Old Night Club Sound". CD features 12 more bonus tracks too! © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
