Pigmeat's recorded here before a very lively crowd at the Apollo Theater, and even though it's 1969, they still seem to go crazy on his many variations of older styles of routines. Lots of audience interaction – and titles include "Two Dollar Spit", "The Judge & The Dressmaker", "Four Door Hotel", and "The Last Mile". Douglas, Early 60s/Early 70s. Near Mint-
70's issue of material that was too raunchy to be released in the 60's. This is Lenny Bruce at his finest, with some of the best little bits that made him famous (including many of the ones that were used in the movie Lenny). Good live recordings, and a nice cover featuring Lenny in a mug shot. LP, Vinyl record album

Baldwin speaks on his thoughts, his writings, and art in general – in a rare recorded performance that goes beyond the scope of his usual fiction. There's no other backing, and the LP is a nice intimate moment with Baldwin, whose voice is as beautiful and haunting as his writings! LP, Vinyl record album
