New Familiar
CD (Item 506078) 4 The Soul, 2009 — Condition: New Copy
A sweet sophomore set from Chicago's own Trizonna McClendon – and a record we like even more than her first! The instrumentation's great, with almost a slight jazzy sensibility at times – and there's a warm glow to the record that shows Trizonna as an even more mature, fully-developed singer than before! Tunes are all original, produced by Preston Glass and Xtreme with a really solid feel – and there's a level of quality here that almost has us wondering if the next time we're hearing from Trizonna, it will be from a bigger label. Titles include "Love Divine", "A Love Song For Teena", "Alright", "Love Electric", "Excuses", "Shatter Proof", "Didn't See It Comin", "New Familiar", and "My Special". © 1996-2010, Dusty Groove America, Inc. | ||||||
