We love this sweet little set from Jamiroquai – their first after a long-running deal with Sony, and a set that's possibly their freshest in years! All the best elements are still perfectly in place – classic-styled soul, filled with warm keyboards, and layered over a range of grooves that run from early 70s funk to early 80s club – all perfectly topped with Jay's wonderful vocals! Yet there's also something different going on here, too – a bit sharper sound, maybe more of an edge – almost a compressed focus that really reignites the Jamiroquai fire, and should have it burning for many years to come.
