Babylon By Bus
LP (Item 68876) Island, 1978 — Condition: Used
In the mold of so many large labels during the 70s, Island attempted to capitalize on Marley's popularity and the trend of the day by issuing a double live album. If the Wailers weren't such a powerful live act, this would have been totally unjustified trend hopping, but as with the earlier Live LP from 1975, this set offers up several excellent renditions of numbers like "Exodus", "Stir It Up", "Rat Race", "Concrete Jungle", "Lively Up Yourself" and "Is This Love", plus 7 more. (In the die-cut cover with the printed inner sleeves. Cover has light wear, with some light staining in one corner on the back.) © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
