A journey to the juke joints of Mississippi – the historic circuit of clubs serve as a living history of vital, historic, authentic southern blues – the hour-documentary We Juke Up In Here on DVD plus the great soundtrack on CD! There's not a lot of jukes left standing, and directors/producers Jeff Konkel, Roger Stolle & Damien Blaylock set out to let the world know not to take the surviving joints for granted. They spend time at Red's Lounge in Clarksdale, Mississippi with owner Red Paden and also film in Merigold, Shelby, Bentonia, with performances by Terry "Harmonica" Bean, Big George Brock, Elmo Williams & Hezekiah Early, Louis "Gearshifter" Youngblood and others.
