Great work from Cameo's best period – moving into a smooth groove that shows that they've still got their hooks in the funk (as you'll hear on cuts like "The Rock" and "Energy"), but also showing a great talent for more sophisticated modern soul numbers, like the stellar "Sparkle", a great mellow track that has a sublime Earth Wind & Fire feel to it. Other tracks include "Find My Way" and "New York". (Cover & labels have some marker.)  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.
