Beautiful stuff – and a record that shows a real maturation in Mina's vocals – a move away from some of the simple pop of the early years (even though that was pretty darn great), and into the territory of an all-adult vocalist with a really wide range! Backings are by Augusto Martelli – who brings a soundtrack-like sophistication to the music – and Mina sings in both Italian and English, the latter of which is really a treat!
