Bossa Rosa De Sonia
CD (Item 68852) Continental/Warner (Brazil), 1967 — Condition: New Copy
A rare 60s album by the lovely Sonia Rosa – lots of sweet bossa tunes, handled with a very light touch! The set's got Rosa singing and playing acoustic guitar in front of larger backings by Chiquinho Moraes – nice and jazzy on most of the tracks, with a sound that pushes Rosa past the simple format of some of her other albums from the time. Titles include "Mas Nao Da", "Cheiro De Saudade", "E Fim", "Olhe Meu Bem", "Lata D'Agua", "Ressalva", "Caminhemos", and "Adeus Guacyra". © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | ||||||
