Smoothly stepping soul from Wally Badarou – not as atmospheric as on other releases, but with traces of that sound in a more funked up groove. There's some nice cuts on here that have a New York post punk funk approach to them – very downtown Danceteria, with almost a pre house kind of keyboard approach. Titles include "Mambo", "Spider Woman", "Hi Life", and "Chief Inspector" – and this is a 5 track ep. (Cover has light wear and a promo stamp.)  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.

Polydor, 1973. Near Mint-
Seminal early funk work from Roy Ayers!
