CD (Item 591326) World Soul, 2009 — Condition: New Copy

Sublime soul from Heston – an artist who's perhaps a bit underrecorded, compared to some singers of his generation – but one who really knows how to come out of the box with some great stuff, once the time is right! The album's a great evolution in sound since we'd last heard from Heston – even richer and more classic than before – a timeless vibe that has us wondering why this guy hasn't hit bigger in the mainstream – although we'll admit to really loving work like this as a slightly secret indie treasure. Titles include "Brand New You", "My Baby", "Distant Lover", "No Way No How", "Your Perfume", "Radio", "Sumthing In The Water", "Good Morning America", and "Dreamy Eyes", which features Angela Johnson.  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
