When Dr. King spoke in Detroit in 1963, Motown managed to have the tape recorders rolling – and the result was this classic album of knowledge and righteousness. The album is banded into segments from King's speech, entitled "Non Violent Approach", "Love Your Enemy", "The Militant Negro", and the famous "I Have A Dream" speech. Gatefold cover, too – with lots of nice photos. (Original gatefold pressing. Cover has some wear, a few stains, a small split on the top seam, and a bit of peeling on the back along the opening.)  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.

Transformed Man
Decca, 1968. Very Good
Classic madness from William Shatner – a whole set of tunes performed in his famous role as Captain Kirk! The album's got a creepy sort of darkness that's hard to deny – especially as Shatner speaks, more than sings, most of the tunes on the set – giving them a very dramatic sort ... Douglas, Early 60s/Early 70s. Very Good-
70's issue of material that was too raunchy to be released in the 60's. This is Lenny Bruce at his finest, with some of the best little bits that made him famous (including many of the ones that were used in the movie Lenny). Good live recordings, and a nice cover featuring Lenny in a mug shot. LP, Vinyl record album

Katz Puts On The Dog!
Capitol, Mid 50s. Very Good+
Oy! Nice original pressing of one of Mickey Katz's crazy albums of borscht-belt parodies of current pop songs. He takes his clarinet and razor sharp wit to such tracks as "Nature Boy (Nature Bocher)", "Hey! Jealous Lover", and "Muskrat Rumble (Moskivitz Ramble)". ... LP, Vinyl record album
