Run Wild Run Free (Japanese paper sleeve edition)
CD (Item 604964) A&M (Japan), 1970 — Condition: New Copy
One of the last Claudine Longet albums for A&M – and one of the grooviest too! The set's got a bit more going on than some of her previous records – a bit more confidence in the vocals, yet not too much in the rock-styled mode of her later albums on Barnaby. The balance is a perfect one – still quite sweet, but fuller too – and the amazing Nick DeCaro produced and arranged all tracks on the set, giving Claudine a wonderfully sensitive set of backings that could almost stand on their own without the vocals! A real treat for both fans of DeCaro and Longet – with tracks that include "Golden Slumbers", "This Changing World", "Thank You Baby", "Everybody's Talkin", "Little Man", and "Love Can Never Die" – which also features a guest vocal from Nick!
