Emanuel Ciccolini/Budokan
7-inch (Item 607630) Hope Street (Australia), 2012 — Condition: New Copy
Tightly thundering funk from the Oz scene – a pair of funky numbers from The Cactus Channel – a youthful combo that's purportedly not too long out of high school! "Emanuel Ciccoli" is a furious paced, though it holds a tight groove. It starts with the bass and drums and pretty quickly kicks into great – a nice bit of organ, piercing horns and a killer guitar riffs. "Budokan" doesn't seem to correspond to martial arts in the way you might expect, it's got more of soundtracky funk vibe – and sweet one at that! © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
