Here's a rule with Jr Walker singles: if it's a 2-parter, it's a winner – and this is one track that definitely proves that rule! "Hip City" snaps along with a really funky groove – scratchy guitar on the beat, setting the scene for Jr's tasty sax work, and even coming up with a catchy vocal about halfway through the track!
