Looks like we yanks done caught ourselves an infectious case of Disco Fever – a great 2CD set in the Disco Discharge series from Harmless UK! Disco Fever USA features 22 tracks on 2CDs, material from US scenes in their prime, floor shaking 12" or longer album mixes. It's got some of the biggest names in dancefloor soul at the time as well as comparably overlooked acts, but most of the songs are not overplayed. A fresh set as solid as any in the series. Includes "Baby Let Me Kiss You (Original Album Version)" by Fern Kinney, "Love Dancing (Original 12" Mix" by Marlena Shaw, "Boogie Wonderland (Original 12" Instrumental Mix)" by Earth Wind & Fire, "Space Bass (Original 12" Mix)" by Slick, "Life Is A Song Worth Singing (Original Album Version)" by Teddy Pendergrass, "Nighttime Fantasy (Original Disco Mix)" by Vicki Sue Robinson and more.  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.
